2. Our Customer Focus

We make every effort to ensure that every cryptocurrency exchange is comfortable and safe. Our team controls the process and actively helps with any questions.

3. Parties to the Agreement

All transactions occur directly between you and the counterparty.
We only provide an information platform for convenient cryptocurrency exchange.

4. Consent to Data Transfer

By opening an order, you consent to the transfer of necessary data to the counterparty to complete the cryptocurrency exchange.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Actions of the counterparty
Account blocking
Financial losses caused by third parties

By using CryptoObmin cryptocurrency exchange services, you agree to this User Agreement.
