CryptoObmin is not a currency exchange office, bank or financial intermediary.
We do not receive and do not send funds. We only provide informational and technical services.
1.1 The agreement is concluded between the CryptoObmin.io service (hereinafter — the Service) and the User who has used the Service.
2.1. Service — a system for providing services for the exchange of digital currencies (USDT, BTC, ETH and others).
2.2. User — any individual who uses CryptoObmin services.
2.3. Order — an electronic form filled out by the User on the site for exchange.
3.1. The Service provides the User with information and technical services for exchanging digital currencies for UAH and vice versa through P2P platforms.
4.1. The agreement comes into force from the moment the Order is created.
4.2. The Service has the right to make changes to the Agreement with mandatory publication of the new version on this page.
4.3. The User undertakes to familiarize themselves with the current version of the Agreement before each exchange.
5.1. If the received amount differs from that specified in the order — recalculation is performed.
5.2. When refunding funds, the User agrees to the refund rules.
5.7. The Service is not responsible for incorrectly specified details.
5.8. It is strictly prohibited to use the Service for illegal operations.
The Service is not responsible for:
7.1. The Service collects and processes personal data exclusively for the execution of exchange operations and compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
7.2. Data is stored in encrypted form for 5 years.
